Run the other way!
I have been fighting with Casablanca(Hunter Fan Co) for two weeks now, trying to get a replacement switch. After just installing the fan and switch, only the power switch did anything. After following their advise, and switching the wires to the switch back and forth, the only button that still worked was the power button. I called Casablanca help line, and was told to change dip switches, and press buttons in a certain order, the fan and lights began to work. Two nights later at 2:30am, the lights started to strobe like crazy. Have called them several times since, their answer is to keep changing dip switches, The problem is every time you need to change the dip switches, you have to pull the main switch out of the wall mounting. Now they are trying to tell me that the light kit that I bought, recommended for this fan on their site, won't work with the W-85 switch that comes with the fan, GREAT! I am working on trying to get, a new switch, or new fan, or BOTH! Nice people to deal...
Replacement item
This is a replacement item for a Casablanca fan. It was damaged by a lightning strike. This only works with Casablanca fans.
