3392519 DRYER THERMAL FUSE KENMORE WHIRLPOOL MAYTAG KITCHENAID ROPER NEW fe

Quick and Works
Fast Shipping, I was able to get my dryer going again. They wanted 20$ at the local repair shop! What a waste. This worked perfectly.

Saved myself a service call.
My dryer died - mid drying cycle.

Normally, I'd call a repair man and pay for a house call, but decided I'd Google it first.

I was amazed at the number of free "how to" videos there are for dryer repair. Within a half hour I went from needing a repair man to thinking I could do it myself. (I've never worked on a dryer before.)

According to the videos, the thermal safety fuse is one of the first things to check, and mine was definitely bad.

I looked up the part number on Amazon and ordered one for under $3.00.

With the standard shipping it arrived in 3 business days, installed easily, and the dryer has been working perfectly ever since.

I am blissfully ignorant as to what a service call would have cost - but I'll bet it's more than $3.00!

It's a fuse.
The review says "I love it", but in reality I'm not all excited about fuses. It's like asking me how I feel about individual nails that hold my house together. I'm glad they are there, but I'm not particularly invested in them, emotionally.
