super easy
I have been using this machine for 3 weeks now, it's very simple and very easy to clean. I can even cook up my own soymilk to my liking by mixing different types of beans :)

Sturdy well made small appliance, easy cleaning, easy storage.
Now I can enjoy a cup of soy milk under 25 minutes even with dry soy beans.
Makes great soymilk and very east to clean.
I had a cheap soy milk maker before and it was a pain to clean. The inside is all stainless steel and the residue just wipes off with soap and a nylon scrub pad. I have been using it every day and it makes about a quart of soy milk.
