Nice Out of the Box, but....
Once there is a chink in the armor (none-stick coating), rust is soon to follow if you're not paying attention. Best thing would be to not allow oil, spray coating, grease on it in the first place. That way you won't have to work to remove it and the coating would stay intact. I would recommend cutting a circle of parchment paper and cooking with it in place.
poor quality
We used this pan only 3 times before noticing that a 3 inch section of the coating had pealed off. Once part of the surface is missing the surrounding coating begins to lift off. We ended up throwing this pan away and began shopping for stainless steel.
heats up quick - falls apart fast
It does actually heat up quickly and cook food really well, it even cools down fast, which I love b/c I can move it around almost right away. However we havent had it a year and the non-stick coating is flaking off in many places. Dont spend $20 on this (or $40) get a better one from another company, any one of them will work at the same size. I just stopping in here to find the size so I could buy something else.
I LOVE MY BREVILLE OVEN -I wanted to give them more business, but this is not acceptable. I dont want my daughter eating non-stick flakes with her food...
